Care and Cleaning
Wooden toys can absorb liquids and should never be left to soak. Instead please use a gentle cloth or sponge with warm water and a mild soap such as hand or dish soap. Allow to air dry.
Felt toys can be placed in a washer on gentle cycle with detergent. We recommend using a laundry bag so the small pieces and tags do not get damaged. Also we suggest hand washing with cold water to preserve the color and stitching. Allow to air dry or tumble dry with no heat to preserve softness of fabric.
We want your toys to last through the years and be passed down as the quality play items they are. We make them carefully to stand up to the test of time and the wear and tear of childhood but have found that earth friendly, gentle cleaning methods keep them in their best form. Since every item is hand made using mostly natural materials, gentle care will keep them looking and feeling their best for generations to come.

Disclaimer and Warranty
All toys sold by The Patrick Pack LLC have a limited repair and return warranty. Items can be returned for full price within 30 days of purchase. Any item with manufacturing defects can be returned for a replacement if the purchaser pays shipping. For items that need repainted or repaired, please email us at thepatrickpackk@gmail.com. Repairing and repainting items does come with a variable fee for materials needed and to cover shipping and handling.
The Patrick Pack LLC has not yet completed safety testing on all items although all items sourced are of the highest safety standards. Paint, finishes, and materials used to craft items for sale are safe and CPSC lab tested. The toy as a whole has not been CPSC lab tested. Toys are not suitable for children under age 3 unless stated in the listing. Purchasing toys without a certificate of testing and safety, and giving uncertified items to a child under the age of 3 is up to the caregiver's discretion, liability is no longer with the company should the caregiver decide to do so.
